We stayed at Hostal El Castillo for a short weekend getaway and it was absolutely fantastic. The proprietor went above and beyond to help us with a situation beyond her control and her personal assistance was amazing. The room was larger than expected and we even received help with our bags to the fourth floor, where we enjoyed a lovely view of the castle across the street. The location was central to everything and the nearby supermarket provided better quality food than the local bars and restaurants. The countryside surrounding the town was breathtaking with stunning wildflowers and picturesque Pyrenean Oaks. we had a wonderful stay at Hostal El Castillo and would highly recommend it.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I absolutely loved the charming decor at this lovely hostal. The common areas were beautifully decorated with traditional Spanish touches, making me feel like I was truly immersed in the culture. , I appreciate the hotel's accessibility for senior people like myself. Despite the stairs, the staff kindly assisted me with my bags and ensured that my stay was comfortable.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is clearer communication from the children working there. While they were incredibly kind and helpful, it would have been easier for me if they were able to speak some English.
